What?!? A Reverse Telethon, where YOU the audience, calls us on SKAM Hotline (250.386.7526) to donate.

November 24th and 25th

12 to 4pm

We’ll be live on Social Media with entertainment just like “real” telethons raising $5,000 for the SKAM School of Performing Arts Bursary Program!

SKAM’s Board of Directors will be SKAMping out at SKAM Studios to take your calls, call you directly (please send your phone number in advance to kate@skam.ca), and get your pledges for donations. Visa or Mastercard are accepted. Just call: 250.386.7526. Or email money transfer to skampout@skam.ca. Don’t forget to send the password too!

A donation of $50 or more will automatically get you a ticket for the SKAMraffle – a winner-takes-all extravaganza! Prizes include tickets to shows, restaurants, fashion items, and stocking stuffers worth over $1000.

We have a special Matchmaker Option: purchase a raffle ticket for $25, and we will pair you with another another Matchmaker and split the raffle!

For those who love their taxes more than raffles: for donations of $20 or more, you are eligible for a tax receipt! (note: does not entitle you to a SKAMraffle ticket).

The SKAMraffle is a winner-takes-all extravaganza! Prizes include tickets to shows, restaurants, fashion items, and stocking stuffers worth over $1000. Oh my! Win the SKAMraffle and you will have the perfect gifts for teachers, friends, colleagues and neighbours. Now that's easy peasy shopping! Remember: know your limit, play within it! Only 100 tickets available.

The Raffle will be drawn midday on November 28th.

We have amassed more than $1000 in prizes from the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, Beth Threlfall, Cam Cullen, Cinecenta, Fernwood Coffee, High Road, Il Terrazo, Intrepid Theatre, Lure Restaurant, Pacific Opera Victoria, Paper Street Theatre Co., Phillip's Brewing and Malting Co., The Royal & McPherson Theatre Society, Theatre SKAM, University Centre Farquhar Auditorium, Victoria Symphony, the Victoria Conservatory of Music, and more to come!

All of the proceeds will go directly to our SKAM School of Performing Arts Bursary Program and help lower income families register their kids for drama.
