A mobile feast of live performance
Theatre SKAM is back with another Homegrown Initiative – the now annual one-of-a-kind two-wheeled-adventure Bike Ride!
Bike Ride hits the Galloping Goose trail for its second summer, with tours departing from Cecelia Ravine Park (475 Burnside Rd. East) on July 10,11, 17 and 18 from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
SKAM invites the public for hot dogs, cool drinks and live performances on a summer weekend! Bicycles are decorated on site and adults and kids alike are curious about the treasure hunt style adventure that lies ahead. Audiences head out on bicycles and ride from performance to performance, along a 4 km stretch
of the Galloping Goose trail. This family friendly festival brings new performance together with the local community and the most luscious and green spaces of Victoria, all set against an urban backdrop.
So, gear up for the return of collaborations between veteran SKAMartists and our city’s hottest young emerging talents.
Tickets: are available through the SKAM hotline @ 250 FUN SKAM (386 7526)
Prices: Adults $15, ages 6-13 $5, and children 5 and under are free.
